Kennedy started working at the MDC in 2020 and loves to read as well as spend time with her family! Her favorite thing about working in early childhood education is working with children and providing safe and nurturing places to play and grow! It has always been something she wanted to do!

Montana started working at the MDC in 2023 and enjoys planning her garden for spring, and raising up chicks! Her favorite thing about working in early childhood education is getting to spend her days with really great children! They are honest, full of enthusiasm, and funnier than most comedians out there.

Megan started working at the MDC in 2016 and enjoys taking photographs . Her favorite thing about working in early childhood education is watching the kids grow through years from when they were babies to when they are headed off to Site 3. She loves being able to be part of their life and creating memories with them.

Sera started working at the MDC in 2018 and loves to go trail riding in the pines. She and her family/friends love to spend time outdoors. Her favorite thing about working in early childhood education is that not one day is the same. She loves that she gets to explore new topics and have fun with her room. Watching each child grow and change has always been exciting for her.
